submitted by Rachel B. - |Recommended: YesBeautiful Views, Lots Of Space, Great Price — The property is great we love it so far. The only downside is the noisy outdoors right beside the apartment. But you seriously can't beat the view of the Park blocks or the location thats for sure Super spacious bedrooms and living room, and a very decent sized deck. Theres restaurants and coffee shops super close to the building as well as a Safeway just a block away. You cannot hear neighbors in the slightest. I love it

During my 33 hour road trip to Portland, Brittany has been so accommodating and understanding of my situation and provided us with a perfect home for our little family. Although, the apartment is smaller than what I originally expected - it is amazing with gorgeous views

submitted by Lindsay K. - |Recommended: NoClean My Balcony — building is nice, units are beautiful, management is hard to get a hold of and does not keep promises to clean up after construction. No sympathy or flexibility has been shown during this worldwide pandemic.
